You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes or fees may apply depending on your location and payment method. When you complete a purchase, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.

Access to digital course content may be granted immediately after successful payment. If a payment fails, access may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

Promotional pricing and coupons may be time-limited and subject to additional terms shown at checkout.

We offer a 14-day refund from the purchase date if less than 20% of the course is completed. Completion is measured by lesson/video progress and download activity where applicable.

To request a refund, submit the refund form below. Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds may be denied if we detect abuse (e.g., excessive refund requests, repeated purchase-refund patterns, or distribution of materials).

Embroidery Courses is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that content will meet every user’s expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course(s) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We process basic account, purchase, and usage information to provide access to courses, improve the platform, and support customers. We may use cookies and similar technologies for preferences, analytics, and security.
